The Ledger Flex is a hardware wallet with a 2.84-inch flat E Ink touchscreen. The display surface is Gorilla Glass with an anti-glare coating, running at 480 x 600 pixels in 16 grayscale. Private keys are stored offline on an ST33K1M5 Secure Element chip, certified to CC EAL6+. The device runs Ledger OS.
Connectivity options are Bluetooth (BLE 5.2), NFC, and USB-C. Wireless charging is not included. The frame is aluminium with a plastic back cover. It measures 78.4 x 56.5 x 7.7 mm and weighs 57.5 grams. Available in Graphite, BTC Orange, Solana Edition, Oxidate Green, Ferro Fuchsia, and Crimson Magenta.
Through the Ledger Wallet app, 500+ coins and tokens can be managed on iOS 14+, Android 10+, and 64-bit desktop systems (Windows 10/11, macOS Monterey or Ventura, Ubuntu LTS 20.04/22.04). Third-party wallets expand compatibility to 15,000+ assets. Ethereum and Polygon NFTs are supported via the Ledger Wallet app. A custom image or NFT can be set as the lock screen.
Transactions go through Clear Signing before approval. A PIN code controls access, with automatic factory reset after three incorrect entries. The Secret Recovery Phrase is the primary backup. A Ledger Recovery Key is included.
The box contains a USB-C to USB-C cable, one Recovery Sheet, a Ledger Recovery Key, and a setup guide. Chromebooks and ARM processors are not supported.
