The X1 Vault connects via USB-C and has a 0.96-inch OLED display and 5-way joystick; the four X1 Cards each hold an EAL6+ certified secure element.

The Cypherock X1 PRO includes the same X1 Vault and four X1 Cards as the STANDARD tier, plus a 3-year extended warranty, 1-year Gold Plan access for structured crypto inheritance planning, and priority call support. Hardware is identical across all X1 variants; the differences are accessories and service coverage.
