CCE.Cash – Overview

CCE.Cash is an instant cryptocurrency exchange registered in Seychelles that launched in 2025. It lets users swap coins directly from their own wallets, with no account required, and it lists a focused set of around a dozen supported assets rather than the very long lists some larger exchanges advertise.

CCE.Cash rarely asks for identity verification, and when it does, its default response to a decline is to refund the funds rather than hold them. Sumsub powers the platform’s automated screening, and the stated exception to the refund default is when the platform suspects the transaction is tied to illegal activity, in which case funds can be held pending review. This refund-first approach puts CCE.Cash closer to the no-KYC end of the spectrum than most exchanges with a similar rare-verification policy.

CCE.Cash gives Monero a prominent place in its lineup, including sponsoring the MoneroKon conference, and it also supports Dash. Fees are tiered by asset type, generally running lower for stablecoins, a bit higher for major assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum, and higher still for privacy coins such as Monero, reflecting the added liquidity cost of handling them.

On liquidity, independent reviewers describe CCE.Cash as combining its own reserves with outside liquidity providers, rather than running purely on its own book as some of its own marketing suggests. Both fixed and floating rates are available, and settlement generally takes somewhere between two and ten minutes depending on the coin and network conditions.

CCE.Cash does not run its own standalone wallet app. Instead, it is built into other platforms, including the Bitcoin.com wallet and the Unstoppable Wallet app, and it has a stated partnership with the swap aggregator Trocador as well.
